Pricing
My hourly rate is £45 at Lift Fitness, or £40 for CUP&A staff training at the Cass Centre, paid monthly (let me know about any breaks in advance).
Nutrition: charged at 2 x hourly rate (1 hour food diary analysis + 1 hour check ins (3 x 20 mins)). You can choose to pay this up front or split the cost over 3 months as part of your monthly subscription.
Programme design: free for regular clients. If you’re an experienced fitnesser looking for a programme without PT sessions, I can draw this up for you charged at my hourly rate.
Cancellation policy: cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your session and we will reschedule free of charge.
