About me
Hello! I’m Hannah and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Nutrition Adviser and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. My background in movement starts with dancing - ballet, contemporary, etc. and now latin social dancing. Until a few years ago, I always loved “exercise” where the goal of movement was something other than “exercise” itself (dancing for joy, hiking for nature, etc etc). Then I was introduced to a functional approach to training, which I discovered I loved and never felt like a chore.
Now, I want to pass on to others what my coaches gave to me: the gift of finding and/or cultivating an approach to fitness that you love and want to keep in your life forever. I specialise in functional movement, with the aim of our workouts being to build fitness that will help you have the energy, strength, agility and skills for a quality day-to-day. The approach, or the how we do this, depends on you.
I am so excited to work with you to achieve your goals according to whichever approach to exercise works for you, including if the journey involves finding out what that is!
