Classes are kept to max. 10 people to ensure both availability of equipment and ease of monitoring for technique and safety.
What is functional fitness?
Functional fitness is designed to help us with everyday activities by copying real-life movements such as bending, lifting and walking. It focuses on exercises that work multiple muscles and joints to boost strength, balance, endurance and flexibility.
Using body weight, resistance bands, and free weights, these routines can fit anyone, from beginners to professional athletes.
Benefits include better posture, coordination, body awareness and lower injury risk, along with improved sports performance.
Essentially, it helps the body handle daily challenges with confidence.
Every session is different in these classes, so just show up ready for some fun and some fitness.
